QD Electric Double-girder bridge crane with hook is the widely used hoisting machinery currently. It is maily comprise of box-shape bridge, crane crab, trolley travelling mechanism and electric control system. Onthe girder lard rails for crane crab to teansversely move. Thegirder is weld with the box shaped end girder. At the middle of the end girder are joints which are fastend with bolts for fragmented transportation of bridges. The platform is used to place trolley travelling mechanism, electric equipment adn used for repair. The crane can bu furnished with load handling devides such as motor grab, electromagnetic chuck to meet the requirements of hoisting varied types of materials.
The crane, of a alassification froup of A3-A7, has a commonly used lifting load of 3-350 ton, so that it is suitable t o work in factories, warehouses and freight yards wherer tha ambient temprerature is -10ºC-40ºC and the relative humidity is not more than 85%, it is prohibited to work in the environment with inflammable, explosive and corrosive gas.

Welding
