We are one of the largest and most professional crane manufacturers in China, with total sales of more than 1.6 billion US dollars last year, including sales of 11,000 sets of double-beam and gantry cranes, more than 73,000 sets of single-beam cranes, and more than 100,000 sets of electric hoist and accessories.
We have an advanced, green, whole-industry chain, intelligent manufacturing industrial park, with an investment of 370 million US dollars and more than 4,700 employees, which has been established for more than 20 years.

Metallurgical cranes are mainly used for special cranes in metal smelting, rolling and hot working, etc. They include open hearth charging bridge cranes, ground charging cranes, ladle cranes, billet release cranes, full mold cranes, cover lifting cranes, clamp cranes, slab turning cranes, forging cranes, heating furnace loading and unloading cranes, ladle-electromagnetic cranes, and ladle-grab cranes. Other similar metallurgical cranes can also be used for reference.
Operating conditions
The design and manufacture of metallurgical cranes (hereinafter referred to as cranes) shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB3811, this standard and the product drawings.
1. Environmental conditions
1.1 The power supply for cranes is generally three-phase AC, with a frequency of 50Hz and a voltage of 380V. The upper limit of allowable voltage fluctuation on motors and electrical equipment is +10% of the rated voltage, and the lower limit (during peak current) is -15% of the rated voltage. The internal voltage drop of the crane should not exceed 5% for billet release cranes, clamp cranes, full mold cranes with guide frames, and slab turning cranes. For other types of cranes in this standard, it should not exceed 4%.
If there are special requirements for the power supply, it can be determined by mutual agreement between the supplier and the user according to the user's needs.
1.2 The installation and usage location of the crane should not exceed an altitude of 2000m (if it exceeds 1000m, the motor capacity should be verified according to the relevant provisions of GB755).
1.3 Working environment temperature and humidity of the crane
a. The working environment temperature of the crane is generally -10 to +50ºC.
b. The relative humidity at +40ºC should not exceed 50%.
1.4 The site where the crane is used should not have flammable, explosive or corrosive gases and should comply with relevant standards and documents.
1.5 The installation of the crane's running track generally should comply with the requirements of GB10183. In special cases, it can be specified separately as needed.
