Coal Block Stacking Crane

The carbon block stacking crane is a specialized transpo ortation equipment for the carbon block warehouse in a carbon plant. The equipment mainly consists of a bridge, a crane operating med chanism, a lifting mechanism, a guiding device, a clamp device, a control system, an electric hoist, and other parts. It is used for grabbing g and transporting raw and cooked carbon blocks in the anode carbon block storage, as well as other sporadic lifting. The crane adopts dual drive, and the whole machine is controlled by frequency conversion and PLC. All movements of the crane are operated in the control room, wh hich is equipped with adjustable cold and hot air conditioning devices.

Product Features

 The trolley travelling mechanism adopts four-corner drive.
 The crane is equipped with a special electronic scale, and there are display devices in the cab and on the bridge. The main hoisting mechanism is        furnished with an overspeed switch.
