Product Description
MG Double-beam truss gantry crane is comprised of gantry, crane crab, trolley travelling mechanism, cab and electric control system.
The gantry, of a truss structure and having advantages of light structure, strong wind resistance and so on, is composed of girder, upper end girder, leg, lower end girder, travelling trolley and platform railing The girder is of a triangular truss structure, on which laid rails for crane crab to transversely move along the girder. The legs, of a truss structure, are weld by section steel. The platform, which is used to place electric equipment and used for repair, is furnished with protection railing outside.
The closed cab is employed for operation, where there are adjustable seat, insulating mat on the floor, toughened glass for the window, fire extinguisher, electric fan and auxiliary equipment such as air conditioner, acoustic alarm and interphone which can be furnished as required by users.
Gantry crane is a variation of bridge crane, also known as gantry crane. It is mainly used for outdoor loading and unloading of cargo yards, yard cargo and bulk cargo. Gantry crane has the characteristics of high site utilization, large operating range, wide adaptability and strong versatility, and is widely used in port yards.
Its metal structure is like a gantry frame. Two legs are installed under the load-bearing main beam, which can walk directly on the ground track. There can be cantilever beams at both ends of the main beam.
Truss beam is a structural form welded with angle steel or I-beam. The advantages are low cost, light weight and strong wind resistance. However, due to the large number of welding points and the defects of the truss itself, the truss beam also has the disadvantages of large deflection, low rigidity, relatively low reliability, and the need to frequently detect welding points. It is suitable for construction sites with low safety requirements and small lifting capacity.
