Small hoist

The small hoist is composed of two parts: the power unit and the bracket.
The power unit is composed of an electric motor, a reducer, a clutch, a brake, a rope drum and a steel wire rope, etc. The motor is a side-magnetic single-phase capacitor motor and is designed with a braking mechanism when power is cut off. The motor is also equipped with a thermal switch to prevent it from overheating and burning out. The reducer is a two-stage gear reducer and is fixedly connected to the motor. The clutch, brake and fly tube are integrated. However, when the clutch is disengaged, a rapid descent can be achieved. Operating the brake can control the descent speed to avoid impact. The circular holes opened on the front of the power unit housing can be used to install a hair dryer. Users can equip a hair dryer as needed for forced cooling. The shell itself is equipped with a toolbox, which contains a clutch handle, a special wrench with a brake handle, a thousand-pound nut washer, a rod top cap, a button starter, a limit switch, wires and an instruction manual, etc.

The bracket part is composed of a main rod made up of a screw, a jack nut and a vertical rod, as well as a rotating arm. The rotating arm can rotate 360 degrees on the main rod. A limit switch is installed at the end of the arm to prevent over-position lifting accidents caused by operational errors or button malfunctions.
The operation button starter enables the motor to rotate forward and backward, allowing the steel wire rope to be wound and released. It can also lift and lower objects through the pulleys on the bracket to complete the lifting operation.

Select a position that is convenient for installation and operation. Fix a 300×120×30 hard miscellaneous wood piece on the top cap of the pole. If the bottom surface of the installation is smooth, a power box liner should also be prepared, and then the installation can be carried out.
1. Place the power box near a window or balcony (if the ground is smooth, place a flexible liner under the power box).
2. Assemble the bracket part
Place the thousand-pound nut washer on the thousand-pound nut.
(2) The force rod is inserted into the screw.
(3) Place the bearing on the vertical rod clamping device;
(4) Install the rotating arm on the bearing of the vertical rod;
(5) Install the top cap of the pole with a wooden board at the top of the vertical pole.

Insert the installed bracket part into the bottom seat hole of the power box.
4. Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the screw thread and then tighten the jack nut. (Note: The main pole of the support must be perpendicular to the ground.)"
5. Adjust the height of the rotating arm to make it in an appropriate position, and then adjust the length of the steel wire rope of the pull arm to fit the lifted object.

Use the clutch handle to disengage the clutch, remove the steel wire rope from the power box, loosen the screws on the two pulleys, pass the steel wire rope through the two pulleys on the bracket, and then lock the steel wire rope lock.
7. Remove the power cord, button starter and limit switch, and install the limit switch in the arm end fixed box.
8. Power on and conduct a no-load test run to check if the start switch is flexible and if the limit switch and travel switch are reliable.

After the machine is installed, one person each at the top and bottom can carry out the hoisting operation. During the usage process, the following two points should also be particularly noted:
After the first hoisting, tighten the thousand-jin nut once again. In future hoisting operations, it is also necessary to frequently check whether the thousand-pound nut is loose.
2. The engagement and disengagement operations of the clutch must be carried out under no-load conditions, and it is necessary to ensure that the stroke reaches.
3. It is not allowed to disengage the clutch under load and slide down.
4. Limit switches are used as safety limit switches and cannot frequently replace working switches.
5. When conducting lifting operations, the staff on the upper and lower floors must closely cooperate. It is strictly prohibited for anyone to stand under heavy objects during the lifting process.
