Rail-mounted gantry cranes are designed to handle the international standard boxes in the container

stacking yards and railway container transfer stations.
They have stable performance and high production efciency and are convenient for maintenance.
The cranes are also provided with perfect safety indicators and overload protection devices in order to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
The electric control system uses PLC variable frequency speed control which is favorable

for control of all the mechanisms.
RMGs are designed and manufactured according to the advanced

foreign standards such as DIN, FEM, lEC, VBG and AWS and the latest version of the state standards.

1. The container gantry crane is of A8 extra-heavy duty type and is made of special materials. It can adapt to high-latitude and cold environments and can carry out container loading and unloading operations normally in a low-temperature environment of -40°C.

2. The gantry crane has high-frequency operation capabilities and runs at ultra-high speeds. Compared with ordinary container gantry cranes, the lifting efficiency is increased by 3 times.

3. It is equipped with full frequency conversion drive and energy feedback system, ACCS automatic control system, GPS high-precision positioning system, etc., realizing functions such as automated container handling, visualization of overhead crane status, and integrated logistics information.
