We are one of the largest and most professional crane manufacturers in China, with total sales of more than 1.6 billion US dollars last year, including sales of 11,000 sets of double-beam and gantry cranes, more than 73,000 sets of single-beam cranes, and more than 100,000 sets of electric hoist and accessories.
We have an advanced, green, whole-industry chain, intelligent manufacturing industrial park, with an investment of 370 million US dollars and more than 4,700 employees, which has been established for more than 20 years.
I really hope to have the opportunity to cooperate with you.
We welcome you to visit our company.

The core requirements for metallurgical cranes' brakes focus on the dual-brake configuration and a high safety factor, especially for high-risk scenarios such as lifting molten metals.
Specific technical requirements
Redundant design of multiple brakes
The hoisting mechanism must be equipped with at least two sets of independent working normally closed brakes. The safety factor of the brake for each drive unit should meet the following requirements:
Independent drive unit: Safety factor of single brake > 1.25
Rigidly connected double drive unit: Safety factor of single brake > 1.1
Planetary differential reducer transmission: Safety factor > 1.75
When lifting molten metal, a double brake configuration must be adopted, and the two sets of brakes should be of the same specification and model.
Additional measures for safety brakes
Mechanical safety brakes should be added to the wire rope drum to automatically activate and prevent the load from getting out of control when the transmission chain malfunctions. The main hoisting mechanism should be equipped with a circuit breaker protection function for the forward and reverse contactors to prevent brake failure caused by misoperation.
Material and Maintenance Standards
The actual contact area of the brake band friction plate should be ≥ 70% of the theoretical value, and the wear thickness should not exceed 50% of the original thickness.
The working temperature of the brake wheel should be ≤ 180ºC, and the surface depression depth should be ≤ 2mm.
The hydraulic brake needs to have the hydraulic oil replaced with standard-compliant oil every six months.
Special working conditions adaptation.
H-class insulation motors and high-temperature resistant steel wire ropes should be adopted in high-temperature environments. All electrical equipment must meet a protection level of IP54 or above.
