Production
  Casting cranes are overhead cranes used for conveying and lifting liquid metals in high temperature and dusty environments. Its lifting mechanism can lift materials quickly to meet the requirements of efficient production. Through the stator pressure adjustment and motor frequency conversion, the speed regulation of crane operation can be realized.
  Casting cranes can be divided into five categories from the overall structure: four-beam, four-rail double trolley models, four-beam, six-rail double trolley models, double-beam, double-rail single trolley models, double-beam, four-rail double trolley models, and double-beam, double-rail sub-mother trolley models.
  The product adopts four-beam, four-rail and two-trolley structure type, and the main structure has good strength and stiffness under vertical and horizontal loads. The wheels of the trolley are arranged in 20 wheels, with simple mechanical model and balanced distribution of wheel pressure, which can effectively reduce the cost of steel structure of the plant.
  The whole machine adopts speed control system, which is stable and safe, with small impact of starting and braking. At the same time, the hoisting speed control device adopts one-use and one-preparation system, so that when one set of device fails, it can realize safe and fast switching to ensure the normal operation of the hoisting system. The wheelset adopts the new series of standard 45°split forged wheels, which is characterized by high bearing capacity, dustproof, long service life and convenient replacement and maintenance.
