Hoist is one of the most important parts of heavy crane equipment, the main function is responsible for lifting materials, the quality of the hoist directly affects the overall performance of the lifting equipment.

The winch is usually driven by an electric motor, and the reel is driven by an elastic coupling, a three-stage enclosed gear reduction box, and a toothed coupling. Its high versatility, compact structure, small size, light weight, suitable for all kinds of construction, water conservancy engineering, forestry, mining and wharf and other places of material lifting or flat towing operations.
The Components of a Crane one rack
1. The frame mainly consists of the bridge, trolley frame, control room and ladder, etc., forming the main body of the crane.
2. Mechanism
For bridge cranes, there are only two mechanisms: the lifting mechanism and the traveling mechanism. There are no rotating mechanism or luffing mechanism. Automobile cranes, on the other hand, have the four mechanisms mentioned above.
The trolley of a bridge crane has two mechanisms: lifting and traveling. There is one large and one small hoist on the trolley, used for lifting heavy objects. The large hoist, also known as the main hook, is located in the middle of the trolley and comes in various specifications with maximum lifting capacities of 8t, 10t, 15t, 20t, 25t, 30t, 40t, 50t, and 60t. The small hoist, also known as the auxiliary hook, is located on the right side of the trolley and also comes in various specifications with lifting capacities of 1t, 1.5t, 2t, 2.5t, 3t, 4t, 5t, 8t, 10t, and 15t. On the left side of the large hoist, there is a small traveling mechanism that provides power for the trolley to move left and right on the bridge track.
The bridge of a bridge crane is also called the large vehicle and has an I-shaped structure. At each corner, there are large wheels and traveling mechanisms that allow the crane to move forward and backward along the longitudinal direction of the workshop. The coordination of the large vehicle and the trolley can lift heavy objects to any position within the workshop plane.
3. Control System
The control system is located in the control room. The lifting and lowering of heavy objects, the left and right movement of the trolley on the bridge, and the forward and backward movement of the large vehicle in the workshop can all be operated from the control room.
