QD type electric double girder hook overhead crane is a widely used lifting machinery at present. The hook is suitable for lifting work in mechanical processing, assembly workshop, metal structure workshop, metallurgy and casting workshop and all kinds of warehouses.
QD new type electric double girder hook overhead crane is a widely used lifting machinery at present, which is mainly composed of box girder, lifting trolley, large car running mechanism and electrical control system. The lifting device is the hook.
The main beam is equipped with tracks for the crane trolley to move laterally along the main beam. The main beam is welded to the box-type end beams, with joints arranged in the middle of the end beams and connected by bolts for the disassembly and transportation of the bridge. The walkway is used to place the large vehicle running mechanism, electrical equipment, and for maintenance.
The operating methods include ground handle, wireless remote control, and cab operation. The cab comes in open and closed styles, with adjustable seat bases covered in insulating pads. The windows are made of tempered glass, and the cab is equipped with fire extinguishers and electric fans. Optional features such as heating and cooling systems, sirens, and intercoms can be configured according to user requirements.
The crane can be equipped with motor grab, electromagnetic suction cup and other lifting devices to meet the needs of lifting various types of materials.
The crane has a working grade of A3~A7, and the common lifting weight is 3~250t. It is suitable for loading and unloading in factories, warehouses and freight yards with ambient temperature of-10 C~40ºC and relative humidity not greater than 85%. It is forbidden to work in inflammable, explosive and corrosive gas-filled environment.
