Compared with the general QD bridge crane, its weight is reduced by about 15 ~ 30%, the maximum wheel pressure is reduced by about 10 ~ 35%, which can the requirements of crane for factory building structure and reduce production cost, As the core componentof driving mechanism, reducer gear pair with hard tooth surface and high accuracy, together with steel reelforged wheel and variable-frequency speed regulating system, which makes this type of crane becomerenewal product of traditional general bridge crane .

 

Running Mechanism                                           

1. the running mechanism adopts the three-in-one structure of "motor + reducer + wheel", and is driven bilaterally on the double-beam trolley frame.

2. Frequency conversion speed regulation reduces the shaking of the lifting load during operation, enhances the safety of operation, and at the same time reduces the time required for the operation cycle and improves the production efficiency.

3. all bearings are self-lubricating oil-containing form, and the arrangement can effectively absorb the horizontal force.

4. all gears of the reducer are hardened by surface carburizing and quenching, in order to reduce noise, all gears must be ground or shaved, and the gearbox does not require oil change during its service life.

5. The reliability of the brake is more than 1 million times.

6. The protection level of the whole traveling mechanism is IP54, and the insulation level of the driving motor is F class.

7. The whole mechanism is designed according to the maintenance-free requirement.

Safety Protection

★The upper and lower limits of wire rope electric hoist adopts precise gear-driven limiters, when the hook is in the upper (or lower) limit position, it can reliably cut off the electric power circuit to stop the motor.

★Overload protector: the wire rope electric hoist adopts electronic overload protector (with safety monitor) to ensure that the total lifting weight will not exceed the rated lifting capacity of the bridge; when the wire rope tension is greater than 105% of the rated value, the overload protector will automatically cut off the lifting circuit.
