Wagon shifting mechanism
The shift mechanism of the truck is composed of the truck drive motor, transmission shaft, reducer, wheel and brake and other components, and the driving mode has two kinds of centralized drive and separate drive.
Trolley shift mechanism
The trolley is placed on the guide rail of the bridge and can move along the width of the workshop. The trolley is mainly made of steel plate welding, and is composed of the trolley frame and the trolley shifting mechanism and lifting mechanism on it.
The shifting mechanism of the car is composed of the car motor, brake, coupling, reducer and wheel. The car motor drives the car driving wheel through the reducer, and drags the car to move along the guide rail. Because the car driving wheel is close to each other, it is driven by a motor.
There are two transmission forms of the shifting mechanism of the car: one is the reducer box in the middle of the two driving wheels; The other is the gearbox mounted on the side of the car. The reducer box is installed in the middle of the two driving wheels, so that the torque borne by the drive shaft is more uniform; The reducer is mounted on one side of the car, making installation and maintenance more convenient.

The lifting mechanism consists of a lifting motor, a reducer, a drum, a brake, etc. The lifting motor is connected with the reducer by the coupling, the brake wheel, and the output shaft of the reducer is connected with the coil of the wire rope, the other end of the wire rope is installed with the hook, when the coil rotates, the hook rises or falls with the wire rope winding or releasing on the coil. For cranes with a lifting weight of 15t and above, there are two sets of lifting mechanisms, namely the main hook and the auxiliary hook.
It can be seen that the weight moves up and down on the hook with the rotation of the drum; With the cart in the workshop width direction to get left and right movement, and with the cart in the workshop length direction to do front and back movement. In this way, the weight can be moved in the vertical, horizontal and vertical directions, and the weight can be moved to any position in the workshop to complete the lifting and transportation task.
Control room
The control room is the pod that controls the crane, also known as the cab. The control room is equipped with large and small moving mechanism control device, lifting mechanism control device and crane protection device.
The control room is generally fixed at one end of the main beam, and a few are installed under the car to move with the car. A hatch leading to the platform is opened above the control room for maintenance personnel to overhaul large and small mechanical and electrical equipment up and down.
There are three types of movement of the bridge crane:
(1) The bridge crane is driven by the trolley motor along the track on both sides of the factory workshop to do longitudinal front and rear movement.
(2) The trolley and lifting mechanism on the main beam of the trolley are driven by the trolley motor along the main beam track of the bridge to do lateral movement.
(3) The lifting motor (main hook, auxiliary hook) drives the weight to do vertical lifting movement.
