European Wire rope Electric hoist adopts Double winding Squirrel cage variable pole motor with 1:6speed ratio,the motor has a two-disc electromagnetic brake,which can brake up 1million time, no need repair, aluminum alloy shell. Lifting reducer is Multi-level gears that are surface-hardened and processed by high-precision grinding.
Hoist traveling motor & reducer is Three-in one reducer,British wirerope or Korean wire rope with tensional strength 2160mpa.

Safety System:
The upper and lower limit of the wire rope electric hoist adopts precise gear transmission type limiter, when the hook is at the upper (or lower) limit position, the electric circuit can be reliably cut off to stop the motor.
Overload protector: The wire rope electric hoist adopts an electronic overload protector (with safety monitor) to ensure that the total lifting weight will not exceed the rated lifting capacity of the bridge; when the wire rope tension is greater than 105% of the rated value, the overload protection device will automatically Cut off the lifting circuit.
