5-160 ton double beam rail gantry crane, also known as gantry crane, is a rail medium and heavy crane. Suitable for places with elevated rails or open areas where columns cannot be accommodated.

This crane is widely used in outdoor loading and unloading work. Such as material storage areas, cement plants, granite industry, construction industry and engineering industry. It has the characteristics of beautiful and durable appearance, perfect performance, low cost, easy maintenance and strong adaptability. It consists of beams, support legs, crane travel mechanism, trolley, electrical equipment, etc. And it can be customized according to customer requirements.

This double beam gantry crane consists of 5 main parts, namely bridge, A-frame support legs, travel mechanism, trolley and electrical equipment. There are two types: box type and truss type. The box type has the characteristics of slender body and strong lifting capacity; the truss type has the characteristics of small windward surface, small deadweight and strong lifting capacity.

For heavy-duty applications, the main beam can also adopt a double main beam design, and a suitable track is provided on the top of the main beam for the trolley to travel.

The Intelligent electric overhead crane with craier-beam generally has two lifting mechanisms, the length of the trolley is relatively long, and the two lifting mechanisms are connected with the connection points on the lower hanging beam. It is often used in workshops, warehouses, etc. to lift and transport materials with long lengths and dimensions.

The hanging beam direction is divided into the vertical main beam direction and the parallel main beam direction. According to the stacking requirements of the user's workshop products, choose different hanging beam directions.

This type hanging beam bridge crane with the hanging beam parallel to the main beam, the length of the trolley and the hanging beam direction are parallel to the main beam direction, which is used in the case where the material stacking direction in the workshop is parallel to the crane.

 

The other type hanging beam bridge crane with the hanging beam perpendicular to the main beam , The length direction of the trolley and the direction of the hanging beam are perpendicular to the direction of the main beam, which is used for the situation where the material stacking direction in the workshop is perpendicular to the crane.If the distance between the two hoisting points is relatively large, the hoisting mechanism can be located on the outside of the main beam, which can reduce the overall volume of the crane and save costs.
