Electric flat car
Electric flat car is a kind of track type transportation vehicle, which needs to lay track on the ground. The track is generally I-shaped surface contact track. Secondly, it is an electrically driven vehicle, which operates automatically under the drive of motor reducer. Thirdly, it is a flat car, with flat table surface and no car cover. Under special circumstances, it can also be non planar but without car cover. The car body has no steering wheel and only has forward and backward direction (even if turning, it turns by the track).

The wheels are special wheels for cranes, made of ZG55 material, and are quenched as a whole. The hardness of the wheel tread and the inner side of the wheel rim is HB320-380, with a depth of 20mm. The wheel shaft is made of No. 45 steel and is subjected to quenching and tempering heat treatment. The bearing housing is made of ZG45 material, and the bearings are radial roller bearings. The bearings have an automatic axial micro-adjustment function, which can eliminate and overcome the elastic deformation of the flat car under no-load and full-load conditions and the deviation of the track's lateral parallelism, ensuring the balance of the flat car's operation on the track and extending its service life. After the wheels are assembled, they rotate flexibly.
