The double-girder bridge crane is mainly composed of the bridge frame, the trolley traveling mechanism, the small trolley, and the electrical equipment. According to the different frequencies of use, it is classified into three working levels: A5, A6, and A7. The operation of the hook bridge crane is all completed within the driver's cab. The main parameters of the double-girder bridge crane are as follows:
1. Lifting capacity: 5 to 10 tons, 16/3.2 to 50/10 tons, 75/20 to 100/20 tons, 100/32 tons, 125/30 to 250/50 tons, 300/40 tons, 350/75 tons, 400/80 tons, 600/150 tons.
2. Span: 10.5 to 31.5 meters, 13 to 31 meters.

1. Trolley
The trolleys are all tested and qualified in the manufacturing plant. Therefore, after slight adjustment to eliminate transportation deformation, they can be directly installed on the bridge frame. When the bridge frame installation meets the relevant technical conditions, the trolley must not have a three-legged situation (i.e., only three wheels of the trolley are in contact with the track, and the other one is suspended). Otherwise, adjustments should be made by adding shims under the bearing box of the suspended wheel or under the track. The shim can only be one layer. When adding shims under the track, they must be placed at the main beam web plate and fixed by spot welding at both ends.
The inspection indicators of the metal structure shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations. To reduce the amount of high-altitude work, the installation and wiring of each equipment should be carried out on the ground as much as possible.
Before the crane is erected, it must be pre-assembled in the following manner. If any defects are found, they should be eliminated in time. If the user is unable to handle it, please contact the manufacturing plant immediately. Once the crane is erected in the factory building, the manufacturing plant will be unable to handle such problems.
a. Place the crane on two parallel tracks in the same plane.
b. Use the bolt holes of the end beam as the positioning reference, and connect the end beams according to the additional drawing - the marking of the crane installation connection parts to assemble the crane. After adjusting it properly, tighten the bolts. After the crane is assembled, all indicators should meet the relevant data.
